Dr. Sunil Khattri is the founding Managing Partner of the law firm Dr. Sunil Khattri & Associates, and expertises in legal aspects of Surrogacy and ART under Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021. He has nearly forty years of experience in the fields of Medicine and Law. 

He is an alumnus of Armed Forces Medical College, Poona University from where he obtained MBBS and MS in General Surgery. He obtained his LLB from Delhi University.

With his vast experience in Medicine and Law presently, Dr. Sunil Khattri is based out of the Supreme Court of India and a practicing Advocate specializing in the field of Medical Negligence and Medico legal matters. Dr. Khattri is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and is a member of the Supreme Court Bar association.

Rishabh Bhardwaj is a legal professional and a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, where he earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). With a keen interest in litigation, he is currently working in the field of Medical negligence and has gained substantial exposure to both civil and criminal law through his academic pursuits and practical experience.

Adv. Sheetal (Associate) is an alumna of Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. With a keen interest in litigation, she is currently engaged in the field of medical negligence and has gained exposure to various aspects of civil, criminal and consumer litigation through her academic and professional experience.

She has previously handled Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters and has been actively involved in IP enforcement proceedings, assisting in the protection and enforcement of trademark and related intellectual property rights. Her experience in both litigation and advisory work reflects a balanced understanding of legal strategy and dispute resolution.

In addition to her practice, Sheetal has authored several articles and research papers on diverse legal issues. Her inclination towards legal research, coupled with her practical exposure, enables her to approach matters with analytical precision and a committed professional approach.

Priyana Gupta is an accomplished legal professional who completed her integrated BBA.LLB from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, in 2023.

With a strong foundation in corporate law, Priyana has handled intricate matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Company Law, and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations, among other corporate legal frameworks.

Her practice encompasses a wide range of civil litigation and corporate advisory services, where she represents clients before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, the District Courts of Delhi, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and various quasi-judicial bodies and tribunals.

In addition to her practice, Priyana has authored several articles and research papers on both Indian and international legal issues, published in esteemed online legal journals. Her commitment to rigorous legal research and strategic advocacy makes her a reliable legal advisor in complex corporate and civil matters.

Adv. Shubham Kumari (Associate) is a law graduate from the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. With a keen interest in litigation, she has developed considerable exposure to various aspects of civil, criminal, and consumer litigation through her academic pursuits and professional engagements. She also possesses a strong interest in medico-legal jurisprudence, including Medical  Negligence Law, Surrogacy Law, and Constitutional Law.

She has previously been associated with matters involving Matrimonial Disputes, Motor Accident Compensation Claims, Cheque Dishonour Cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act, and Debt Recovery proceedings before various forums, including the District Courts across Delhi and the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT). Through these engagements, she has gained practical experience in legal drafting, pleadings, client counselling, and litigation management.

At present, she is primarily engaged in surrogacy-related legal and regulatory matters in compliance with the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021 and the Rules framed thereunder. She is also actively involved in handling medical negligence and consumer disputes before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) and the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions (DCDRCs). Her professional approach reflects a strong commitment to legal research, analytical precision, and effective advocacy.
